If you didn’t uninstall Maui, I suggest also try to uninstall Maui(uninstall VS for Mac and uninstall Maui by using command) and then reinstall VS for Mac. I know that you tried reinstalling the IDE, but not sure if you also tried uninstalling Maui. Though it was first noticed in version 17.5.1, and currently the version of VS for Mac is 17.6.x, it is still under investigation. This issue may be similar to this one: MAUI projects missing from VS Mac version 17.5.1. If it doesn’t work, also try to run sudo dotnet workload update command. After that restart Visual Studio for Mac and check if the Maui project templates appear. Please try to open a terminal and run dotnet new install command to install the Maui templates again.
